Replacement and Return Policy:

- The store abides by the regulations issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, and all the provisions of this regulation are based on that "and in the event that any of the provisions of this regulation conflict with the laws of the state, the item shall not be considered."

- The store reserves the right to accept and reject requests, and the request is not considered accepted until after the store confirms it.

- The customer has the right to exchange and return only in the cases shown in this list, otherwise the request will be rejected.

- The customer has the right to exchange or return if a manufacturing defect appears on the product after receiving the shipment for a period not exceeding 24 hours.

The customer must report workmanship defects within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

- The customer must keep the factory packaging when submitting a return or replacement request.

- The customer is obligated to re-ship the products in cases of replacement and return due to a manufacturing defect, and the store will examine them by the authorized agent to confirm the replacement or return request.

The amounts are returned in the same method of payment unless the two parties agree on another method of payment.

- In the event that the store resulted in material damage, the store has the right to deduct the amount from the value of the return as compensation for the damage.

- The customer is not entitled to demand the return or replacement of flavoring products, burners and flavors after opening the package.

- The store’s responsibility for the order ends after it is delivered to the shipping company. In the event that the order is delayed or lost by the shipping company, you can communicate with the shipping company in this regard.

- The customer has no right to cancel the order after it has been shipped.
